Grain Power ~ Gluten Free and Diet Variety

Each month of 2011 will be dedicated to a different gluten free grain - This page will include the article I've submitted to local publications for printing as well as given to Dunlap Community Hospital for the Celiac Information Group newsletter.

My hope for 2011 is that even if you don't eat gluten free you'll be able to add some fiber and variety to your diet by simply finding out about alternative grains - stop back monthly to find out more, enjoy!
